“Still everything to play for” after Beth’s latest custody battle setback
The family of a Jewish woman from London who is fighting the Austrian legal system for the right to see her two young sons has said that there is “still everything to play for” after their latest setback.
Adrian Alexander, whose sister Beth is in Vienna seeking access to her twin boys, was speaking after a judge dismissed her latest appeal.
“There is another level of appeal we can go to, and that is the Austrian Supreme Court,” he said. “If that fails, we can then go to the court of human rights in Strasbourg. Our fight is far from over with still everything to play for.”
