As you have most likely seen in the recent media and blog entries, the custody case of the Schlesinger Twins has been suspended because we have applied for a new judge due to numerous alleged irregularities and alleged unlawful intervention in the case by a Jewish appeal court judge. ( https://helpbeth.org/article-the-jewish-chronicle-14-2-2013/ ).

Our message to the Austrian government is simple:

WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ANYTHING LESS THAN A 100% FAIR COURT DECISION REGARDING THE SCHLESINGER TWINS. IT IS UP TO THE AUSTRIAN GOVERNMENT TO ENSURE THE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS IN THIS CASE ARE FAIR AND TRANSPARENT AND PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE BEING DONE TO THE TWINS WHO ARE CURRENTLY BEING ABUSED BY THE ‘JUSTICE’ SYSTEM IN VIENNA.

On Wednesday evening 13th March at 6:30PM, there will be a reception at the Austrian Embassy hosted by His Excellency Ambassador Emil Brix to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the Anschluss (the occupation and annexation of Austria into Nazi Germany in 1938). They have invited AJR members (Association of Jewish Refugees) to attend this reception with the aim of rebuilding bridges of a failed past.

We will be simultaneously holding a demonstration outside the Austrian embassy in London from 6:00PM to 7:30PM in response to their event to remind them that they are presiding over this horrific miscarriage of justice right now, in Austria, TODAY.

We have notified the police who are allocating us a dedicated area for our demonstration and they have been made aware of the reasons why we are coming out to protest.

We have also been in contact with the Austrian embassy who now know about our demonstration. We will be met by an embassy representative to receive our petition at 6:00PM. They informed us that they are “all aware of the tragic custody case” of the Schlesinger twins.

It goes without saying that this will be a peaceful protest and we have no intention of causing any disruption to the AJR event that is taking place inside.

PLEASE COME TO THIS DEMONSTRATION CALLING FOR A FAIR HEARING FOR THESE TWO YOUNG CHILDREN
