Once again the father has cancelled tomorrow’s visit, 12th November. I got a text message from the visiting centre this evening: ‘Sammy is now ill and tomorrow’s visit is cancelled.’

Nobody knows who is looking after the children. Are they with the Fillipinos? Will the father still go to work? Has a doctor seen them? What’s wrong with them? I have no idea. The judge, Susanne Gottlicher, laughed in my face last year that ‘I have no right to any information because the father has full custody.’

This is in blatant contravention of  the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child:

Article 18:

Both parents share responsibility for bringing up their children and should always consider what is best for each child. Governments should help parents by providing services to support them, especially if both parents work.

Article 9:

Children should not be separated from their parents unless it is for their own good. For example, if a parent is mistreating or neglecting a child. Children whose parents have separated have the right to stay in contact with both parents, unless this might harm the child.

As a family court judge, I am certain Susanne Gottlicher is aware of these laws. In which case, why is she deliberately flouting them?

We are now appealing to you all for help. Please see the previous blog post WHAT YOU CAN DO

  1. Beth I am so sorry that this disgusting piece of rubbish has done this again, these poor little boys not understanding and no doubt wondering why they’re not with their loving mum. As you said who is looking after them etc. I certainly don’t think the Filipinas are fit to look after anybody. I can guess how you’re feeling your heart is breaking but if it’s any small comfort we are all behind you 100%+ anything in London you want done just let me know.
